Weight Management
6 session package - $215
Half hour sessions scheduled approximately 2 weeks apart, according to individual’s needs. This package includes diet and exercise instruction. The American Dietetic Association’s Lifestyle patterns approach is used, with evaluation using their assessment tools. Upon completion of this program, client may enroll in maintenance sessions.
10 session package with calorimetry study - $345**
Half hour sessions, including an armband study at the beginning of the series. This package is more intense than 6 session package, featuring diet and exercise prescription, along with behavior modification tools. Upon completion of the program, the client is eligible for maintenance.
Maintenance - $35/session
Clients must have completed a 6 or 10 session package to be enrolled in maintenance.
Heart Healthy - $175
This package includes 4 half-hour sessions and a free initial consult
Sports Nutrition - $175
This package includes 4 half-hour sessions and a free initial consult
Sports Calorimetry - $135**
Initial consultation is free, and includes instruction on Sensewear WMS armband. The client returns after one week study for data input and computer analysis. Goals are determined and a second follow up session is included.
General Nutrition - $175
Other nutrition concerns can be addressed in the package which is tailored according to the client’s needs. Includes 4 half hour sessions and a free initial consult.
Calorimetry Study - $85**
This one week study includes a follow up session for data interpretation and instruction.
**The client’s credit card number is taken as security deposit for the Sensewear WMS armband.
Extras:
Couple sessions: An additional person may join and receive counseling during the session at a 33% discount.
“RD to Go”: The dietitian will meet the client at an agreed upon location, such as a favorite grocery store. Counseling/Instruction is given at a rate of $50/ session. Appointments are typically 45 minutes in length, depending on the location.
Online Nutrition Coaching: $175 for the first month and $150/month for additional months. Call for details.
